The foundation CEI Studii Salamantini is the managing entity of the Strategic Plan CEI 2010-2015 of the University of Salamanca. Represents a model of governance inclusive and involved, with agility, dynamism and professionalism for to ensure compliance of the planned milestones in this strategic plan besides of an adequate monitoring and reporting of project progress, designed for the different actors involved.

- Board of Trustees: led by the Rector of the University of Salamanca and integrated by the President of the Social Council of the University of Salamanca, the Director of the VIII Centenary Office and representatives of the promoter partners.
- Executive Committee: composed of representatives of the promoter partners and the governing board of the University of Salamanca.

will have with working groups to develop the different subprogrammes of the Project.
- CEI Committee for Improvements in Teaching.
- CEI Committee for Scientific Improvement and Technology Transfer.
- CEI Committee for Campus Transformation.
- CEI Committee for Entrepreneurship and Business Creation.
- CEI Committee for Internationalisation, Aggregations, Alliances and Networks.
- Technical Office of the CEI: in charge of management, coordination, monitoring and assessment of the impact caused by the project. It will be made up of a mixed team that includes staff from the CEI Foundation and expert professionals from outside the University.
- International Advisory Board: this organism will be made up of international figures from the fields of politics, science and business.
